it is being said that eyes describe whole things of a man... take a look into a man's eye and you can gaze deep into their emotions, feelings & more that you can.

Lot of things had written earlier about eyes as Robert Frank said, "The eye should learn to listen before it looks."

International Tea Day: drink the pride

As documented history suggest description of tea was found in 750 B.C.,In India.
In ancient time in India local people used to brew and drink water with wild native tea plant leaves. This is how later various varieties of tea found.
In 16th century people made a vegetable dish using garlic and oil. The history of tea drinking in India began with a Buddhist monk, who later founded Zen Buddhist.
The commercial production of tea began in India during British rule. The first tea garden was established in 19th century by East India Company.

In beginning days tea was the royal beverage of rich class and now this beverage has become cup of tea of every common man and become salient part of routine. 

This madness for tea among Indians is glanced in their production and consumption. We are producing 900,000 tonnes each year and of this 70% being consumed within country rather than export.

Health researches
  1. Components such as caffeine, catechins and Amino Acids and L-Theanine boost brain activity. The combination of L-theanine and caffeine was shown to increase alertness and attention-switching accuracy up to two hours after consumption.
  2. In weight loss, catechin-plus-caffeine mixtures were more likely to break down fat. Catechin is found in green tea.
  3. 2-3 cups of tea daily reduces risk of type 2 diabetes. 
  4. Green tea and black tea lowers BP.

 So put the kettle on, get out your best tea cups, create your own tea making ritual, gather the clan and relax with a cuppa.
